A New Kitten Chapter 34

Chapter 34

Weiss worried herself sick about what Blake could ever have meant when she apologized. What could ‘I’ll be home soon and we can talk then’ mean? It clearly hadn’t meant that the moment Blake got home she’d come down to talk things out because Weiss could hear Blake come in through the front door hours ago, but Blake was yet to stumble downstairs. Maybe the extra ears weren’t the worst thing after all. They were rather useful for hearing more…

Weiss waited as long as she could stomach. She had been beginning to feel a little better- though, maybe that was the packet of dust left with her mac and cheese. About an hour and a half after she heard Blake coming back in, Weiss allowed herself to follow her nose up to her Owner. The scent gave a clear trail. For whatever reason, Weiss had been feeling more and more overwhelmed with the odor of things recently. Sometimes it was annoying, but mostly, it was coco and Blake’s heavenly earthy vanilla odor. She wanted nothing more than to find that scent buried under her nose all over again. Weiss just wanted things to be alright again.

She couldn’t explain why she was giving Blake another chance. Hell! Weiss couldn’t explain how or why she’d fallen for the captor this way in the first place. But, she had all the same. She had, and that was why she followed her nose to the most predictable room. The one Blake seemed to retreat into work or to grab those horribly beautiful and sexy tools.

Weiss considered knocking, but the door was already cracked open. So, Weiss just pushed the door.

Next to the door, a bookshelf with nothing that seemed to be presentable enough to go in a common room, then, next to that, a series of toys filled another wall. Weiss recognized… maybe half of them? She couldn’t really tell given how the knotted dildo hung nearest to the next wall stole her eye. What might that feel like? Then, opposite that a wall filled with various bins. All of them contained what seemed to be rare forms of dust. They were all labeled, but Weiss only recognized a hand full. Some she thought only to be myth, but apparently they had been real. Finally, the wall opposite the door seemed to be illuminated- it was beyond bright, but Weiss’s eyes seemed to naturally adapt to the pitch black of the home to the otherwise blinding computer monitors. The wall was covered in them. There must have been nine or twelve monitors- some of different sizes, but most of the same. The only thing between Weiss and the computer screens was a chair with the silhouette of cat ears poking up beyond it. “Blake” Weiss questioned before she realized what it was Blake was looking over.

The top left monitor held an open email page. Drafted, was something to her father’s address with mp4 files already attached. The subject header: ‘comply, or these go public in two days’. All the rest of the screens contained more or less the same thing. Videos, pictures, or gifs of Weiss. A collage of all her worst moments since she’d been taken- well, all her most embarrassing moments at least. Center amongst them all? The photo Blake had promised never to share; the one she swore would only ever be for her. “Blake, what the hell is this. You- you promised you’d never-” The truth of the betrail finally began to sink in. “ You- you li-

Blake spun around in her chair, yanking headphones out of her human ears. “Fuck! Weiss- I-”

“You liar. You really never did care.” Weiss stumbled backward just to fall on her ass.

“I- I- Weiss, it’s not… it is, but- Weiss watch out!” Blake talked over Weiss. She lept from her chair, rushing to help Weiss back up.

“No- No! No, stay away from me!” Weiss stammered.

“Weiss- you- you don’t mean that.” Blake hesitated.

“Yes! Yes I do! S- Stay the fuck away from me! I- I loved you- I thought you-” Weiss shook her head in disbelief.

“Kitten, I love you too, I just…” Blake didn’t know how to defend herself; how to explain. Weiss wouldn’t care about the lives of her friends, especially not when they got captured invading the Atlesian military.

“No! No! I’m- I- I can’t believe I thought you cared for-”

“I do care for you! I lo-” Blake reached out, but Weiss slapped her hand away and scurried backward on the floor till she hit her head hard on the wall behind her.

“No! Stay away from me! I- n- never touch me again!” Weiss panted.

“Weiss, listen to me-”

“No- I- It’s my week. I- I’m going back downstairs and-” Weiss turned back towards the stairs, planing… not her escape, but her retreat to isolate for the next week at least.

“CHECKMATE.” Blake yelled and the heiress fell flat to the floor. “Kitten.” Blake sighed.

Weiss mumbled unintelligibly.

“I- I’m sorry Kitten. I- I never wanted to use that… it was really only for if you ever got your collar off and tried to run. I- I needed a command that could sleep you if you got free to prevent you from hurting anyone on the island.” Blake defended herself to the heiress that likely couldn’t even hear her through the command. “I- let’s get you off the floor.” Blake tried to start with something simple. Her arms slipped under the Kitten and carried her back inside the room to sit her inside the chair.

Blake clicked her tongue and snapped her thumb in quick succession and Weiss seemed to stir a little, but she lingered mostly under. “Hey, can you hear me Kitten?”

“Hmmm.” Weiss’s lacked the energy to actually lift her head, but it idly swayed side to side. It was most likely a side effect of inducing the hypnosis through a metronome as she slept, but Blake didn’t have time to worry about what it might do to Weiss’s neck.

“Hey, hey Kitten!” Blake tried to cheer.

“Whts… whts… gon on?” Weiss mumbled.

“Come on Kitten.” Blake tried in her sweetest voice. “You remember our sessions. I did these every night while you slept.” She knelt in front of the heiress and traced a small calming pattern on Weiss’s thigh.

“Sssns- sessions?” Weiss clearly had trouble fighting through the haze to reply.

“You’re hypnosis. You remember. Calm and feel better when I say ‘Shh’. Be good and obedient when I-” Blake clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth.

Weiss visibly relaxed.

“That’s my good Kitten, right?” Blake hated going back to this already. She’d been trying to dial back on the hypnosis for a while before she’d even decided to give Weiss up- though… that plan was shot. Like it or not, she was the only one Weiss would even be safe with from now on.

“I’m good Kitten.” Weiss grew a soft smile.

“Yes you are. My good Kitten. You’re my good Kitten, and I’ve been such a bad Miss lately.” Blake offered a small kiss to Weiss’s knee.

“B- bad?”

“Well, I’ve been being very distant lately- I- I thought it was for the best. But… that plan is… it’s not happening anymore. You’re stuck with me for now Kitten.”

Weiss purred a moment. “Owner… stuck with Owner” A smile grew on her face, but it quickly soured. “Yo- yo- you… l- lie-”

“Fuck.” Blake hissed.

“You lied! You lied! Owner lied; you don’t care about-” Even in her trance, Weiss began to hyperventilate.

“Shh, shh, shh.” Blake tried to calm with Weiss’s most engrained trigger, but even that wasn’t enough to bring Weiss back down. In desperation, Blake clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth. “Hey! Listen to me. Shh, shh. Calm down Kitten. It’s alright.”

“But… but you promised… and left… left me alone.” Weiss’s breaths slowed to a calm tempo, but she still held to the things that had gotten her so worked up.

“I know, I know. And I’m so sorry Kitten. But I’m here now. I’m here now, and I’m not going anywhere.”

“But- but you- why did you lie? I- I trusted you; let you take that picture and…”

“I’m so so sorry. My friends got captured and… I was just trying to save their lives. I love you Kitten, and I know I fucked up, but… I have to save them. I have to finish this.” Blake pleaded with Weiss despite knowing it was pointless.

“But… but…” Weiss sniffled and began to cry.

“I know, I know.” Blake pulled Weiss in closer. “I’m so sorry love; I’m so sorry.” Gently, she pressed her lips to Weiss’s, but the other woman didn’t respond to the touch at all. “I- I deserve that.” Blake recoiled; hurt that even Weiss’s subconscious didn’t wish to kiss her.

Weiss was completely silent, somewhere between a blue screen of death and a spinning pinwheel.

“I know you’re hurting.”

“H… hurting.” Weiss nodded gently.

“You want that pain to go away.” Blake whispered and traced a small repetitive pattern over Weiss’s thighs.

“I want that pain to go away.” Weiss mimicked with a small whine.

“I will make that pain go away.”

“Owner will make that pain go away.”

“You trust me to play with your mind.”

“I- I- tr- trust you to play with my mind.” Weiss struggled.

“You trust me to play with your mind.” Blake repeated; she’d need to get this right if it had any chance of sticking.

“I trust you to play with my mind.” Weiss’s eyelids fell just a little further and she melted into the pattern Owner traced on her thighs.

“You don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“I remember- remember you-”

Blake clicked her tongue harshly. “You don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“But- you… were… sending that picture to my fath-”

“Shhh” Blake tried again and clicked twice. “No, no, you don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“I- I don’t remember.”

“That’s it, that’s my good girl.” Blake traced over Weiss’s thighs slowly, repetitively, using it as an anchor to keep Weiss from drifting. She would need to do everything she could; this would be a flimsy fix at best. Everything else she’s hypnotized Weiss into, she had time upon time. Hours and hours, plus Weiss’s natural rem cycles to help her. Now? She functionally only had one shot to suppress the memory as far as she could. “You don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“I don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“You don’t remember anything from the past two hours.” Blake repeated.

“I don’t remember anything from the past two hours.” Weiss droned again.

“That’s it. What is the last thing you remember Kitten?”

“I was… coming up to find you and I saw- you were!”

“No, no, that was just a nightmare Kitten. You were just sleeping downstairs waiting for me to come home.”

“I was…”

“You don’t remember anything from the past two hours.” Blake pressed before Weiss could anchor the memory any harder

“I don’t remember anything from the past two hours.”

“There, now what is the last thing you remember?”

“I- I was crying.” Weiss answered with a sniffle.

“Why were you crying Kitten?”

“You left- you just left, and… and I had said such mean things to you and…”

“Aww, it’s ok Kitten. Miss understand.”

“Owner understands?” Weiss perked.

Blake still wasn’t quite sure where the Owner title came from. She’d never ordered Weiss to call her that or even think of her as Owner during their hypnosis sessions, but, it wasn’t something Blake would turn down any time soon. “Owner understands. Owner was coming down to give you a treat in fact. You just heard her get home.”

“Owner! Owner! Owner’s home!” Weiss cheered.

“That’s right Kitten.” Blake Kissed either of Weiss’s knees apologetically.

“Can’t wait… can’t wait for Owner.”

“Well, I’ll be right down in just a minute. But, first Kitten, what do you want?”

“Want… Owner.” Weiss summoned the first desire that could come to her mind.

“No, no, if… if there was one thing you desired most, what do you want?”

Weiss’s expression slackened.

“I- is there any one thing you’ve always wanted but never had? Anything I can give.”

“I want… I want…” Weiss whimpered.

“Now we talked about this Kitten. There’s nothing you need be ashamed of with me.”

“I just…” Tears streamed readily down Weiss’s face.

“It’s ok. You’re ok. What do you want Kitten.”

Weiss hiccuped on a sob. “I just want someone to actually love me; not to use me.” Weiss coughed and sobbed harder. “I- I want one person I’m not a tool or a prop to; someone who actually loves me.”

“Oh, Kitten.” Blake sighed and her heart shattered. Weiss clearly didn’t know it, but she’d asked for the one thing she already had. “Ok Kitten. I can give you that; that I can give.” Blake stood just enough to pull Weiss in for a hug and hold her close. “I can give you that, because I already love you Kitten.”

“I love you too.” Weiss sobbed into Blake.

“I love you.” Blake repeated and snuggled into Weiss. “I love you and I'm sorry. This was never supposed to be used... I never meant to take memories from you.”

“Ta- take memories?” Weiss questioned weakly.

“Nothing Kitten. You don’t worry about it. Forget it. It’s already done.”

“O… ok Owner.” Weiss slumped a little lower int Blake.

They stayed like that for a while, embracing each other and crying. When Blake felt they were done, she put Weiss to sleep and finished her last ditch effort to save her friends. With her hail marry thrown, she picked Weiss up and carried her back down to her room. There, Blake put Weiss back into bed and released her from the hypnosis. She rushed out of the room and prepared to try things again; the way she should have come home in the first place.
