Yea that communication was pretty brutal when service stopped. Seems like they weren’t really prepared for a stoppage. The non-foamers were pretty upset

2023-08-02 18:15:06 +0000 UTCWhat is it with new transit terminals and lacking seating for massive passenger intake, Kansas Cory's new airport terminal is the same, entire departures area has like maybe 10 benches for all of the departures section which is ridiculous. This needs more call outs by officials, not just the official travel guide Miles.
