They're basically doing whatever they can with the shoe-string budget they have. The real people to blame are the politicians who refuse to fund them.

2025-04-10 01:23:08 +0000 UTCMaybe it's just my limited reference pool, but both the terrain and the BRT systems reminded me of the mid-sized metro BRT systems of the Pacific NW--Spokane, the C-Tran Vine, and the Eugene EmX. Hopefully the next trip that way you'll get to ride at least one of those systems, but I also think you might have other priorities.
