Trousers block: ESMOD men flat city trouser base. Then refer to pleated trousers section on how to create the pleats.
Fabric: Woven. I use cotton twill because I forgot the actual garment use linen, but too late to change.
Not shown in video: Back pocket bags - unnecessary because you cannot see them from outside, but may help add more volume to buttocks. I also disable pleat fold rendering but add more internal lines instead. Basially, all important steps are shown, you just need to change the fabric.
Comment: Pleats are always a hassle to make. I am unable to flatten them nicely as reference garment.
