Bodice: Aldrich kimono block. *** As most Aldrich men block, it has built-in seam allowance that need to be removed during tracing. In the video, I made a minor mistake where I offset hem allowance along the sleeve opening, which I was not suppose to do accordingly to original instruction. This made the sleeve length 1 cm shorter that it supposed to be ******
Sleeve: Aldrich kimono sleeve with simple gusset
Fabric: Woven. I use nylon. Knit rib fabric for collar, cuff and waistband.
Not shown in video: Everything important is shown. You just need to change fabric and add topstitch. I edited the collar texture to add the white stripes

2025-03-09 10:10:51 +0000 UTCDid you also include the seam allowance across the width? In the video, you did chest cirumference/4 + 8.5. If I'm not mistaken, this consists of the 1cm seam allowance for the Aldrich ‘flat’ overgarment block (woven fabrics).
