Garment reference: No reference to specific brand.
Instruction based on Jungclaus shirt chapter. However, I modify some aspects especially the armhole shape.
Fabric: Woven. I use default fabric but change the texture to cotton poplin.
Not shown in video: Buttons, topstitch and some puckering along the seam. I also raise the final hem 4 cm.

Notes:
- The shirt collar from this book works really well in Clo. In other books, I usually need to make some adjustment and manipulation.
- As usual with classic one-piece shirt sleeve, there are a lot of folds at the arm. If you don't like this, you can use the shirt block from Clo/MD library. They overcome this problem by having more dropped shoulder and slimmer sleeve.
- I try to make this shirt as simple as possible but still retain the classic men shirt characteristics. Other detail you can add is center-back pleats, either 'box pleat' or 'inverted pleat'. Some shirt also has two back pleats. Another common detail is front opening placket. I usually refrain from creating the front placket because I don't like adding more layer then necessary.
- In this video I include the simplest instruction I know on how to 'fake' the sleeve placket. As someone who never make any real garment before, I do not understand how the real sleeve placket is made. I watched a lot of sewing videos about the sleeve placket. They look like origami gymnastic to me....
