Reference garment: Polo Ralph Lauren The Iconic Rugby Shirt

Bodice and sleeve: Myoungok Classic-fit Torso and Sleeve for knit (p404).
Collar: Myoungok two piece shirt collar with separate band (p86). I'm not sure whether the real garment has the band/stand separated or not, but I like separate band for my taste. I also make the collar taller and more rigid.
Not shown in video: Side-hem vent. Topstitches. Buttons
Fabric: Knit. I used cotton jersey. But for the collar and placket, I use default fabric with poplin textures. Ribbed knit fabric for the cuff.

Notes:
- I have no idea that this type of garment is called rugby shirt. I thought it is a long sleeve polo. A polo shirt usually has a ribbed knit collar, with or without stand.
- I make the stripes by "cutting and sew", then change the fabric color. This is very destructive, but I cannot think of other way to do it. In the past I added the stripe as graphic, but this eliminates the fabric grain texture. If you know how to do it without using external texture editor, please let me know.
