Thanks for your warning. I do think most of us who choose to staking are aware of risk. High risk and high returns. Crypto are still a high risk assets. Since shiba is so cheap I don’t know fews hundred dollars staking or LP a much to lost. But you don’t have many of course you should not risking them.

Yes, I think we are both more at ease with this now. xSHIB (staked SHIB) is still climbing in number of holders and value even with the small correction we just had so that is a good sign as well. But you are right that we will have complete insight into their potential flaws after the audit is published. But I trust the process now, having seen all the info on it. I mean BONE went up to $75,88 so that looks promising as well, would be a shame to miss that.

On their website is says an audit can take 48 hrs to about a week or a few but not months or something like that. Since ShibaSwap went live on 6th of July we could know the outcome of the audit any moment to a few days. Sorry if I caused any fear, just wanted everyone to be safe, because of the warning that could be that issue. It seems all normal to me now. At leased the process of the audit. Offcourse things can still turn up in the audit. Sorry for the commotion

I got some answers in the telegram group. In order to audit correctly, ShibaSwap needed to go live first to be able to compare the (smart)contract. So it is not strange that ShibaSwap went live without the audit completed, it couldn't have been. As far as my understanding goes now. So that eases my unrest a lot hearing this. Shibaswap must go live first in order for certik to compare the contract

To continue on the warning about SHIB or ShibaSwap. At time of writing this there is no release of the Certik Security report it is still under review. I think I have read through the proper SHIB Twitter channels that the audit from Certik was completed and therefor ShibaSwap would go live soon, then the next day it went live. BUT the Certik audit might be complete but they haven't released it yet, it still says onboarding..... Plus they have a disclaimer: Disclaimer:This project is still undergoing security assessments by CertiK. Conduct your own due diligence before deciding to use any info listed at this page. So either Certik is very slow publishing their findings, and ShibaSwap in good trust launched. But now they look a bit stupid because Certik hasn't delivered yet and ShibaSwap is live, so you could also say they jumped the gun by launching without the report being available for the public. Hopefully this get's resolved soon, because I am not liking this kind of risks. Because we are in the dark now on what is really going on or what is the truth. Offcourse I am in good faith but still like this being cleared up soon. The problem is offcourse the Woof rewards continue when you UNSTAKE to be sure. Rewards are 10x now for the first 2 week after launch on 6 july. Maybe this was the issue SL got from her guides/starbeings. Because $1,5 billion is a big target, if there where to be flaws. Hi Betty, just an FYI on your comments.... Your SHIB must be in a "Coinbase Wallet", not just sitting on the Coinbase exchange and Trust Wallet is not approved for use on ShibaSwap yet. Hopefully that makes sense.

If you are using Metamask, be sure to lock your wallet after using it, do not leave it open. You can also close your browser too.

Also SL’s warning could have to do with with the security of the wallets used for being able to operate on ShibaSwap Like stated above the coinbase wallet does not allow you to export the private keys MetaMask you can export your private keys When you use MetaMask + Ledger then your private keys are in your Ledger and can only restore your Ledger to a new device in case of loss. So you don’t need to export them. You just need your seat phrase (12/24 words to restore it). Maybe the warning has to do with that about owning your private keys When I was researching these Wallet options I asked my girlfriend to tune into the coinbase wallet and the MetaMask wallet With the coinbase wallet she got not so great feeling (I forget exactly what she got) When she tuned into the MetaMask wallet she got that it was bright, surrounded with light and also something that had to do with Starbeings assistance or inspiration. So with what I could find out meself about these wallets security and private keys and now her input my choice was easy. Later I found I could add Ledger to it and was very happy I could combine the two. Just wanted to share our findings Again I am not claiming here this makes it safe to stake on ShibaSwap. We have to wait what SL is getting from her guides. But these findings gave me the confidence to stake it all and wait for Shiba to hit the $0,60 mark or some better future value. So I really hope we can get this warning sorted out.

Or it can be a warning when we provide LIQUIDITY (DIG) because that is for sure not without risk because of arbitrage, you have settings for slippage and tolarqnce But because I did not fully understand the risks I choose not to provide it and just stick to staking. Where you get xSHIB for every SHIB you stake When you staked successfully you can see the xSHIB in your wallet. Maybe SL warning was about providing Liquidity (DIG) option and not about staking (bury) Hopefully SL can ask if there could be a problem with Bury (staking) or with providing liquidity (DIG) The DIG option can be an issue when prices are vollitile from what I understand currently Maybe the warning was for that specific part of ShibaSwap Again my knowledge is limited, I studied on it as much as I could and my conslusion was that staking was for sure the safer option of these two. When you have a Ledger Nano S or X you can connect that ETH address into your MetaMask wallet. Then when you make connection to ShibaSwap from MetaMask Wallet bit from the imported Ledger ETH address your Ledger needs to confirm every move. On your Ledger your need to go into your Ethereum app and go to settings and change the settings See in this tutorial how to do this https://youtu.be/I7wJqCHxdYo Then you will be able to use that account from your Ledger on ShibaSwap Now I don’t know if this will make staking on ShibaSwap 100% safe I don’t know the details SL369CRYPTO is getting the warning about. What I do know it adds an extra layer of security The coinbase wallet woun’t let your export your private keys 🔑 from the ETH address you are using In the normal MetaMask wallet you can export your private keys 🔑 from ETH addresses you create in your MetaMask wallet. Maybe this is what we have to be mindfull of when we stake on ShibaSwap Hopefully Spirit/SL’s guides can give us more detail on what it is that makes them to give a warning Is the warning for the price “correction” of SHIB or is there an possible issue with the staking Hopefully staking through MetaMask + Ledger makes it completely safe but I don’t know. i staked zil.....took 22 days to get my coins unstaked atomic wallet in the mean time they went from 20 cents to 7 cents AND THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE TO TRADE I hate staking

Thanks for shiba staking warning. I am still having issues staking in both CB and Trust Wallets. No balance showing up in shibaswap. Wondering if it’s my warning sign.
