0007 - Jake the Barber
Added 2021-08-10 08:00:03 +0000 UTCHere's a strange one! Recognisable but definitely not a household name. Did you even know his name was Jake? Pretty sure I didn't.
Jake shows up every now and again (how often does a plot require a barber? Not often) but in my opinion features most prominently in "22 Short Films About Springfield", where he attempts to fix Lisa's hair. In "Bart's Haircut" he is actually a lot younger seeming that seems later, but I've chosen to portray him in his more well-known classic appearance. Could he be...a Simpsons character that actually ages?
I think a lot of these early characters are going to feature elements that get phased out later on, such as a line representing a muzzle/facial hair type thing.
I didn't mean to make him have such a sassy pose, but honestly, I like it.
