This guy is such a cartoon burglar. Look at that mask, barely obscuring his face. He looks like one of the Beagle Boys.
This guy's genius plan is to rob a candy store (maybe he thought it would be as easy as taking it from a baby), before tripping over a ten year old on his escape. I didn't add the bag with a dollar sign by the way, he literally has it in the short! Not the brightest, but luckily, eventually, Springfield gets a better class of criminal. But that's a story for another time.
