He is on screen for less than half a second as Homer is rejected from several jobs, but he's so flippin' cute. He reminds me of the Little Chef logo:
For international readers, Little Chef is/was a chain of motorway service restaurants. Largely not that notable except for being the only chain I'm aware of that has "Fate" as a section in their Wikipedia article.
When Homer is rejected from several jobs, Marge takes her old job as a waitress, for basically one shot. It's a unique design, so I thought I'd include it. We're being comprehensive!
