0122 - Howard

He has more going for him than most of the bozos we see here, in that he has a) a name b) a distinct appearance and c) even a gimmick. If the Simpson family had had many more videogame/arcade based adventures, perhaps Howard could have been as beloved as Richard or Lewis!
Here are some of Howard's lesser known appearances:
Enjoying a snow day in his winter outfit ("Bart Gets An F")
Watching some adult material at Bart's house ("Homer vs Lisa and the 8th Commandment")
Hanging outside his beloved Video Arcade ("The Simpsons", arcade game.)
