0142 - Angry Man

I actually almost missed this character on my initial watch through - he appears for less than a second before Homer turns his head and blocks him, this screenshot was difficult to grab.
It's debatable that he is even the character that says "It's too long!", but I believe the lip sync matches up enough for me to make this call. Additionally, his voice is not recognisable as any of our regular Springfieldians, so I'm saying that Angry Man is a unique and distinct character.
