At some point he switches jobs, although stays in the footwear-based field as he refuses to refund Homer for his "Assassin" sneakers (with a pretty consistent voice!):
No further information is given regarding his career, but he can be seen waiting for Michael Jackson arrive at the Simpsons house. This scene is a goldmine for many of the lesser known faces we've seen so far (and look at how tall Agnes is! This enormous woman will devour us all!)
