0180 - Femail Man

We start this new episode with another proposed nemesis for Bart to torment...only for her not to show up that much in the rest of the show:
That said, on the rare occasion she does reappear, her design is surprisingly consistent, which is what we like to see!
These other appearances are from seasons 2, 17 and 20. My theory is that by the time we get to "later" seasons (I'm counting 17 and 20 as later seasons, even though they are over a decade old), the staff are feeling more of a need to call back to older designs like this as "easter eggs" for long time fans. Good for them!
