Bonus! Stag-do Attendees

We cannot definitively state that these are colleagues of Eugene Fisk (and therefore Homer), they could merely be friends (or well-wishers, in that they don't wish Eugene any specific harm.)
The second guy reminded me of the character of Newman from Seinfeld, even though that character would not debut for two years:
I don't think there's ever a significant Seinfeld presence in Simpsons (like there is with the cast of Cheers or Frasier), which feels odd! Obviously it gets referenced in a minor way:
And a couple of the cast members eventually get guest roles in The Simpsons...but we've got a long time before we get to them.
