Added 2023-01-23 09:00:00 +0000 UTCI glossed over this guy and his porcupine-like appearance earlier because he actually does get a line in this episode:
The lip-sync is off but he says "She wants ya, Homer!" in a voice that is unlike the Lenny/Carl voices established in this scene, so I'm saying this guy gets a line, and is forever immortalised. Welcome to the club, this guy.
