0187 - Long-Face Girl

Back in Moaning Lisa I assumed this girl would never speak - or even show up again - but here she is, asking for a copy of Bart's photo. She is actually in background shots more often than I would have thought, and even has her on page on the Simpsons Wiki.
These are not her only appearances - the more I do this, the more I find myself spotting characters we've covered here in backgrounds, hopefully you start seeing them everywhere too!
Spoiler, this is not the last time we will be covering a character I had previously designated as a bonus!
