Adrian is the last of Bart's photography chums that we have not covered from this scene:

If you're wondering who the gentleman is between Adrian and Long-Face Girl, we covered him back in Bart The General. The Simpsons Wiki calls him "Coward", which seems harsh.
Anyway, Adrian's interest in photography continues until at least "Lisa's Substitute", in which he asks to take a picture of the new class president for the school paper. Here we can get a good look at his Sonic the Hedgehog shoes:

His name can be seen on one of the papers that Mrs Krabappel grades in "Bart The Lover". I am not 100% sure why this name correlates to this boy, but I am willing to take it on faith that this is, in fact, this photographer boy's name:

There's some kind of strange reference going on here - Adrian is named after a guitarist/singer best known for being in King Crimson - and his paper appears to be about music, making reference to jazz musicians John Coltrane, Miles Davis and Thelonious Monk. Coltrane and Davis collaborated together a few times, but not in 1962. I'm not sure what any of this has to do with Adrian Belew, the musician. Or the Springfieldian boy.
Adrian is the sort of background that has far too many background appearances to document extensively here, so I'll leave you all with one more fact about him from perhaps a more recognisable appearance: he is willing to pay money to see an elephant:
