It is rumoured his forehead can be seen from space.
In "Simpson and Delilah" we can see he is in an executive position at the power plant:
Later in the same episode we see this file, so perhaps Al's surname is "Simmons".
Days like this make me feel like the world's best and most pointless detective.
Later in the series Al Simmons can be seen as an assistant to then US President George Bush, so things must have gone particularly well in his career.
