Added 2023-02-13 09:00:01 +0000 UTCThis gentleman recognises Homer in the Kwik-E-Mart, and says "Hey hey" to him, clearly referencing the popular children's entertainer Krusty the Clown.
The only other appearance from him I can find is from season 2's "Bart Gets Hit By A Car".
That's Jacques whispering in his ear, presumably he recognises Marge. Side note: look at that INSANE design of the long necked lady on the right. I hope I remember to include her as a bonus doodle when we get to that episode!
