0214 - SWAT Team Guy

We know this is a SWAT team by their van, but these guys don't dress like any SWAT team I've ever seen. They look more like spies themselves!
It won't surprise anyone that this is a single appearance character...but then again how would we know? He's so generic looking that he could appear in any crowd scene without the hat and glasses and you wouldn't notice. Perhaps he is in disguise throughout the whole show. Maybe he's in the room with you...RIGHT NOW?
