Added 2023-06-19 08:00:01 +0000 UTCThe final member of Bob's merchandising team even gets a second distinct line in this scene, so I'm giving him the honour of another screenshot, in which you can see Bob's big honkin' feet (a clue to the mystery of the episode...even though Bob's nefarious actions have already been revealed to the viewing audience.)
There was never a Sideshow Bob snow globe - or any official Simpsons snow globe, as far as I can tell - but there was a snow globe themed couch gag in season 9, and in season 12's "Hungry, Hungry Homer" we see Homer appears to be very skilled at making them himself.
