Anyway, here we go with another reporter character that I have to mostly make up myself:
This is all we get of him in the show. Soon all these no-face reporters will be consumed into one blob known as Kent Brockman for the purposes of news media representation within Springfield, but for now we'll celebrate him here, we're the only ones who will. Well, us and the Simpsons Wiki.
