But if you ask me it is most likely John Hart, who is a real hunk/heartthrob.
If it's not clear, the main thing I was going off here was "has long hair". This was much more acceptable for politicians in these days, whereas now these guys would all be forced to form a hair metal band. "Good evening, Springton! We are The Founding Fathers! 1, 2, 3 4!"
For some reason, this congressman reminds me of the happiest man in Springfield, perhaps he is a distant ancestor.
