Another single appearance character, as far as I can tell.

At least she's slightly more memorable than the guy from Monday, whoever that was, in that she has a point to exist in the scene. Homer's refusal of her advances, and Marge's subsequent jealousy, are sort of cute, but then the episode moves on completely - a "Homer hires an overly flirty assistant" plot would be fine for most sitcoms, but what this show cooks up is much better.
I always feel for the character designers in moments like this, being tasked with the challenge of providing a character that is meant to be considered "conventionally attractive" while still looking like a Simpsons character. The show is intentionally somewhat ugly, and as we've seen with the 265 characters preceding this, the characters are too. But I think they did a pretty good job!
Besides, I don't wanna kink shame. If you find all Simpsons characters attractive, go nuts, enjoy.
A minor correction: I name her as a secretary, but she is actually applying to be an assistant. If anyone asks, she ended up being a secretary elsewhere. Maybe in Shelbyville.
