He suggests a round of layoffs at the plant, he's mean, so I'm glad he disappears forever
Take a good look at most of these jerks, as you'll never be seeing them again.
Like, for example, look at that guy on the left with the glasses. And the spiky hair? What is that about? Some real weird character designs in this era-*puts finger to ear* wait, I'm being told by my bosses that I can't do the "pretend not to know who this recognisable character is" bit if I've already covered the character years ago. Okay fine, that's Smithers.
