The only woman on Burns' team gets a couple of lines. First at this meeting that we're covering:

And then later at Homer's speech, where we get a better look at her.

Perhaps the most interesting thing about her is she exchanges a glance with our old friend Al Simmons.

Frankly, the whole Al Simmons mystery is far more interesting than this one appearance lady. Go read that.
I always feel a little bad when characters like this are so sparse on interesting content, I want you to feel like you haven't wasted your time reading this. So how about some random Simpsons trivia: do you know why the characters are yellow? It's because when he was personally inking and painting the cels for the first episode, Matt Groening leaned over his desk to grab a big sandwich and spilled all the flesh-coloured paint. He didn't have time to go get more (the episode was airing that evening), so he decided to make them all yellow instead! That's definitely true and I haven't wasted your time any further.
