Kodos is introduced by name after Kang, but does not speak - the next Rigellian to speak is Serak, the ship's cook.
Serak is the second character to be voiced by James Earl Jones in this episode, and his voice is also perfect for this. The way he says the intentionally cumbersome line "This will give the humans the perfect flavour" is etched into my mind, it's so good.
Serak, like Kang and Kodos, is named after a Star Trek character. I don't know enough about Star Trek to comment further. What do I look like, a nerd?
Serak does make another confirmed appearance, although it is entirely possible they appear without Jones' voice, as there are appearances of other Rigellians occasionally. The alliteration of Kang and Kodos is more pleasant to the ear anyway, so perhaps it is best that Serak isn't a consistent addition to this lineup.
