He says "Interesting strategy. Good luck." and I think each sentence is said by a different actor, but his mouth moves for both, so something was lost in translation in the production there. Or perhaps he's a master of voices!
I am even willing to concede that this could be one of the reporters we're barely seen in the past, such at these guys or this guy, but no concrete evidence suggesting so forces me to give him his own dedicated slot at number 287. Welcome!
I'm noticing the further we get the less likely it is for a random one-timer like this to get his own dedicated page on the Simpsons Wiki! All the more reason for us to tirelessly document their meagre existences.
