These two gentlemen are voiced by Dan and Harry, in a very stereotypical fashion that the show would definitely now steer away from. I don't think they're particularly "offensive" (disclaimer: I'm the whitest of white dudes), but there is something off about this moment which isn't really a joke. Just two dudes enjoying Homer's dancing.
Mainly they make me lament the fact that we'll never be able to cover Hermes Conrad in this project! Get the Patreon pledge drive going so I can justify covering Futurama as well.
