BONUS! Girl, Baseball Players, Street Crime Participants and Window Washer

This is a trend I'm noticing a lot more in recent (and upcoming) episodes - a big stretch in the middle with no new speaking characters, but a bunch of kooky characters worth briefly highlighting. I was hoping the Capital City montage might provide some interesting people to meet, perhaps a couple of numbered entries, but no real luck (except for one big one coming on Thursday.)
The girl talking to Lisa may show up again - the kids of Springfield Elementary are surprisingly consistent once you start to recognise them - so we'll keep an eye out for her. I'm confident in saying that we will never see that spiky haired baseball player again, as those kind of flesh/hair hybrid characters get phased out pretty soon (eventually only the main family can have hairstyles so freakish.)
Strangely, we will see that window washer again in only two episodes time, once he has moved from Capital City to Springfield and takes a trip to the soup kitchen.
I was wondering what that other bearded character reminded me of and then it hit me:
I wonder if he's Irish.
