0313 - Lady In Crowd

Her design is very familiar and I cannot figure out why. It feels like I've already drawn a white version of her, but I cannot find any evidence of her existing before this in my 2+ year archives. Perhaps I was thinking of this lady, who does get a skin tone change further down the line, but is clearly not the same design as lady in crowd.
Maybe somewhere in season 3 or 4 I'll see this woman again and realise that this version is in fact the original. Keep your eyes peeled! Ew. Actually. Don't. That's a disgusting phrase.
