0350 - Sewer Worker

But not this guy.
He has a Homer-esque scream as Bart skateboards over him, retreats to the sewers, then briefly returns. It's not the strongest story arc the series has had, but at least he gets to share screen time with legendary Simpsons writer John Swartzwelder. We'll do a deep dive into his contributions when he appears on screen at some point.
