BONUS! Court-goers, Juror, Akbar and Jeff, Butler and Long Neck Lady

These people in court seemed very concerned for Bart's wellbeing, and their empathy inspired me for inclusion in this project. God bless you, old lady and man with bow-tie.
In the Klasky Csupo era, almost-purple is coding for black skin sometimes, and this guy stuck out to me as an example of that. Why did I draw him without trousers? I don't remember. But I do know it's not a legal requirement for you to have to wear trousers to sit on a jury. Well, I don't "know" that, I suppose. But I do assume it.
Akbar and Jeff are perhaps the most revelatory discovery in today's post:
I'm not super familiar with Matt Groening's earlier "Life In Hell" comics, but I know this is a reference. There are more appearances of Binky the Rabbit scattered throughout, but Akbar and Jeff stick out so much that their occasional easter egg inclusion would be disctracting.
Their only other appearance is in season 10's "Mom and Pop Art", a bit more directly:
Burns's's's butler makes an appearance. Also, Burns has a Butler?
The staff if Burns Manor is slowly expanding, although eventually all these roles will be consolidated into Smithers duties. For now, Burns canonically has a butler, and I'd be interested in seeing if that sticks.
And lastly, if this long necked lady looks familiar:
Then you have been paying attention! We encountered her when we covered this exact same shot way back at character 0192 - well over a year ago - and I said I hope I remember to include her when we got to this episode. Well, I did! And frankly I'm very pleased with myself for remembering to tie up that loose thread!
