0358 - Chef

This is a strange episode for the purposes of our little project, in that most of the new speaking characters appear within the first four minutes in one location - The Happy Sumo. Let's start with these two guys, who greet the Simpson family on their arrival:
I'm labelling them as chefs, because they are waving knives around, but (spoiler alert) we will be encountering some much more plot-relevant chefs later, so I don't know if this is entirely accurate. I've never worked at a sushi restaurant, I don't know the internal employee structure.
