A small role at the start of the episode, but she gets more lines than most.

She's not an especially revelatory character, she just shows the family around The Happy Sumo, so let's delve into that location a little more.
The Happy Sumo first appears in "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Bluefish" (you probably already guessed that one.)

Its karaoke room next appears in season 3's "Black Widower":

Homer's next visit is in season 8's "In Marge We Trust", where he attempts to find the origin of the Mr Sparkle box (and we get a sneak peek at an upcoming character.)

Homer briefly drives past it in season 9's "Realty Bites":

And <upcoming character redacted> has a pop-up store version of The Happy Sumo at a food festival in season 11's "Guess Who's Coming To Criticize Dinner?"

But wait, there's slightly more! I bought a used copy of 1998's "The Simpsons Guide To Springfield" specifically to see what they had to say about The Happy Sumo, and by Jove I'm going to utilise it!

MONEY WELL SPENT.
