“I think it would be best if we split up!”, he said while everyone else just wondered why. And without any more thought or consideration, Candle-Care vanished into the fog to be never seen again. All that was left were rumbling sounds and a muffled scream – a bit twisted by pain yet quite enthusiastic. The jump scare is a macabre plant and only thrives in places where growth decays to rot as death bids life farewell. In calm but suspicious silence it waits for its prey to close in; through blatant but nuanced distractions it sidetracks its unsuspecting victims; with sudden but inevitable brutality it finally attacks.
