My dog might become aggressive with another dog on walk. What can I do?

Last time I walked by them with my dog, I saw them using positive reinforcement and treats to have him sit and focus. For this dog, that was all he needed to chill out and learn to focus, I was super happy to see this and wanted to share. Thank you :)
