Dog trainers often have a certain reputation when it comes to interacting with people? What do you think?

I'm a new dog traininer, and the hardest part is trying to explain this to my clients. What do I do? I write down ahead of time what I want to convey to them (if I can), and after explaining, and showing it then I send them a few videos of Zak or similar :D might look bad for business but in the end it helps the client.

Our outside potty breaks with 2 dogs are never more the 5-10 minutes. No 'accidents' while we are gone. People always ask how we trained for that and I have gone so far as to give them step-by-step instructions and tell them to call me for help. But, they never listen or stick to the plan. LOL. Like the adult dog I kept for a week to potty train...first step...ditch the diaper. In 6 days, starting day 1, she had absolutely no failures, but the next week at home, she was put back in a diaper.
