No, but only because different games, modules, systems, sheets, et al have different ways that they "play" a card. However, you can open the hand's sheet by clicking on its name in the list and play it from there. You can also drag a card to a scene if you're using a module that handles that as well. I can't recall if I tested with Card Tiles, Card Tokens, or both, but if you have issues with either, please let me know. Note that you can also pass cards between hands, flip them over in a hand via right-click, and flip the entire hand or shuffle it from the menu icon in the corner. This is good for games where another player gets to steal a random card from your hand. Flip, shuffle, give observer permission, and let them grab a random card.
