Hindrance Severities (Major/Minor/Either)

I have a new release of SWADE Item Tables nearly ready to ship. There's one "aspect" of it I'm uncertain of, and it's how I'm planning to handle identifying whether a given Hindrance is Major, Minor, or can be either.

The SWADE system has a property for this on Hindrance Items, but the premium modules have yet to catch up and employ this feature. Currently, the system defaults to "either" if the value hasn't been set.

As of right now, SIT is determining the severity based on whether its description includes the word "Major" (using a localization string), but this is unreliable as some translated versions of Savage Worlds (e.g., German) don't use that unique of a term or use it with consistent capitalization.

I submitted an issue to the system repo suggestion that perhaps it defaults to some sort of falsey value instead so that I could detect whether it's been set and use the value conditionally, but it was decided that that's not appropriate and that they'd instead update the premium modules. It might still be a week or so before they're all updated.

So, my question to all of you is whether or not I should release the code that uses the property only or keep it using the language-dependent detection until the modules catch up? Until they catch up, all Hindrances will display as Major/Minor in the tables.
