Working on v12 Support

Just a quick post to let you all know that I've been working on Foundry VTT v12 support for all of my modules, especially SWADE Item Tables, using the v4.0 dev branch of the SWADE system. SIT in particular might be v12 only going forward, but I'm going to test it on v11 when I'm done to see if I can maintain backward compatibility at least for a short term. At some point in time, however, I might definitely go v12-only to be able to make use of Application v2, which was introduced in v12.

Also, don't forget that if you encounter any issues or have feature requests for SWADE Item Tables you'd like for me to consider, please submit an issue on the issue tracker. (The other modules are in public repos and have their own issue trackers.)

UPDATE: The following modules have been updated and verified with Foundry VTT v12 and, for SWADE-specific modules, SWADE 4.0 (still in development).
