So anyways, Zarxrax announced that AMV Hell 8 was happening on May 1, 2023. AMV Hell was my main inspiration for video editing back in the day, so I'm pretty excited to see that a new entry is happening (after 10 years, since 7). So here's a lil' supercut of what Scudgreen and Optional have been cooking up. Some of these are ancient ideas. Some of them were spur of the moment. All of them are meant to be maximum nonsense.
The closing date for submissions is May 1, 2024. If you're an editor with a mad meme idea who wants to hop in, then you've still got time. Hopefully it's all put together for Otakon in August! Please look forward to it then.
Once the submission period ends, I'll upload the clips to the megafolder so that all clips will downloadable to proliferate.
