Clover was spayed two days ago, and sheโs doing beautifully. ๐
The first day, she was pretty out of it, but sheโs slowly getting more alert โ and a little too eager to play and jump on the bed! The hard truth is that she needs to rest and heal right now, so weโre working hard to keep her calm.
Sheโll need about 10โ14 days before she can use the stairs to the backyard or get back to her normal routine. Until then, itโs lots of crate time, gentle leash walks, and extra snuggles with us.
The kids and I even made her some special frozen treats and Kong fillings to help beat the boredom โ she loves them! ๐๐ซ
We can already tell keeping her still is going to be the toughest part, but sheโs doing great.
Iโll share more updates (and probably some cute photos!) on next weekโs livestream. Stay tuned. ๐พ๐
