For future updates, to be sure everything runs smoothly: Take all your mods and CC out of your mods folder before patching, when its done pull it back in, open the game and re-enable CC and Script Mods, exit the game and start it back up.

2019-02-06 00:31:55 +0000 UTCWhat you on about? There was a new patch for TS4 that dropped today. The post is just an informational post explaining that the current version of Basemental Drugs did not break with this patch and that it is safe to use with the latest patch.
