If you haven't played with or updated my mod in a while I recommend you scroll down on my Patreon page and read the "changelog" and "how it works" section on the version prior to this one after installing this version.
Venue List
To make sure this mod works you need to download the updated Basemental Drugs venue list provided in this post. I recommend installing this venue list in a separate folder directly in your Mods folder called: Basemental Venue List. I also recommend updating it whenever there is a new mod version out as I constantly add in new custom venue compatibility from other mod authors.
Choose one of these 2 installation methods. Not both.
Basemental Drugs Installer (WINDOWS ONLY)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.*
- Download this Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Run the Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Choose which Optional Packages you want included.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package
* If you installed from the installer previously, you can delete the old files by launching the file called unins000.exe in your Basemental Drugs folder.
Basemental Drugs Zip (WINDOWS OR MAC)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
- Download the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Unzip the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Place the files in a folder titled Basemental Drugs in your Mods folder.
- Delete the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package

if you got two sims sitting together and one has a joint/blunt, its already in the mod that they can share it, however I definitely think being able to get more than 2 sims in a group smoking would be dope asf!

I have a request, can a group interaction be made where they "share a j" or "puff puff pass" it would be nice to have it for pairs and a group. Like select the sims you want to share with. And they can talk and laugh or share deep thoughts during the activity.

2023-07-26 02:17:12 +0000 UTCHello, I was just wondering if parent reactions were still a thing? I remember it being a feature before, but now it only has partners under reactions. I liked the gameplay with parents not being just okay with alcohol and tobacco use.

2023-07-25 07:22:03 +0000 UTCSince the patch update, I've had issues with grafting. I've tried all the usual fixes. I had a hunch and deleted Carl's Dine Out mod and it appeared to fix it. I was able to graft one time and now it giving me the same error.

2023-07-23 19:18:40 +0000 UTCSounds like you might’ve saved your game without the mod in then. Or with script mods and cc disabled. Not much to do about that unfortunately. You could try rolling back your save. The other option is repurchasing seeds and replanting

2023-07-22 06:44:40 +0000 UTCalso was wondering if adding pot smoking to the vape part or making it where u can use in a vape, i only ask because that is what i use most times instead of just smoking a blunt or joint and i also vape regularly with nicotine but use many flavors like skittles or peach cobbler an they come in different strengths 0,3,6,12, etc.. an now they have disposable ones as well but they are one strength like 24 they are highest unlike reg vape mods.. would any of this be of use to you guys in the future? would that be an option as well let me know if u need any more info on this would love to help if u decide to add more depth to the vaping world
