Me and my mom used to send barrels of cans, and dry food with close back to Haiti all the time. But after a while the people at the receiving they started to notice and they would steal the stuff. At one time the place that we use to sent the barrels got attack an people were hurt.. What happened was the other neighbours they started notice and felt a certain way and they attacked. …. Preach is right they did suffer the consequences it was not me or my mom…. As a diasporas I learn the hard way and now I stay in my lane. Something doing nothing is the best decisions as you never know the outcome.
