Terf means Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist. Pretty much Feminists that don't like trans people. Some people do use it in other contexts, but that is the meaning.

If you believe that biological men should not compete with biological women in sports you’re a terf. If you believe that men should not rename women to CIS you’re a terf. If you do not want to have sex with a trans man because you prefer a penis and vis versa then you’re a terf because apparently you owe someone of the same sex…sex. If you as a woman don’t want to share a spa sauna with a man showing his penis to you and with a little girl present and this man is also a sex offender you’re a terf.
