Long story short-- I may be stepping down from my day-job, as well as losing my house. A recent surge of oncoming expenses and workplace ultimatums have placed me in a position where the writing is on the wall: I must uproot myself and find greener pastures, or face untenable consequences.
So what does this mean for the FakeryFund? I'll either be able to salvage my situation and eventually resume business as usual, or I'll be going fulltime on Patreon and commissions in the coming weeks/months. I'm in no position to close up shop here, so no worries about any pledges having gone to waste. It's uncertain for now, but the best thing I can do is take this one step at a time, and keep you informed of any major developments.
And I want to make this clear: I am not currently in need of any additional support. We've already reached 100 Patrons in as little as 3 months, and I couldn't be more grateful. You've all done so much for me already, I can't bring myself to ask for more (and if I do, then I'm REALLY in trouble, haha). When I come out of this, we'll be able to celebrate this milestone PROPERLY! (:
For those waiting on commissions, I'll remain in contact to make sure your orders get completed (or refunded, if things get dire). Please allow me some time to get myself situated to handle this ordeal.
